3. No Contractor Compensation
• SHA receives no commission, referral fee, or other compensation from any contractor or installer you choose to work with from our network.
• Our sole compensation is the one-time membership fee you pay to SHA.
4. No Obligation to Purchase
• By joining SHA, you are under no obligation to purchase solar equipment, sign a contract, or move forward with any installer or contractor, whether from our network or outside of it.

5. Cash Rebate Eligibility

• You move forward with a solar installation contract from a proposal delivered to you through SHA’s network of vetted contractors within your SHA portal.
• The contract must be executed with one of the contractors providing proposals via SHA’s platform, not an external or unrelated installer.• If you do not sign a contract with one of our network’s contractors, you will not receive a refund of your membership fee or the $500 rebate.
