• SHA receives no commission, referral fee, or other compensation from any contractor or installer you choose to work with from our network.
• Our sole compensation is the one-time membership fee you pay to SHA.
4. No Obligation to Purchase
• By joining SHA, you are under no obligation to purchase solar equipment, sign a contract, or move forward with any installer or contractor, whether from our network or outside of it.
• You may choose to use SHA’s services strictly for educational purposes without pursuing installation.
5. Cash Rebate Eligibility
• The $79 membership fee refund and the $500 cash rebate are available only if:
• You move forward with a solar installation contract from a proposal delivered to you through SHA’s network of vetted contractors within your SHA portal.
• The contract must be executed with one of the contractors providing proposals via SHA’s platform, not an external or unrelated installer.• If you do not sign a contract with one of our network’s contractors, you will not receive a refund of your membership fee or the $500 rebate.

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee financial outcomes or system performance.
• Individual results may vary based on energy usage, local utility policies, financing terms, site conditions, and other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
• SHA shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
• By using our services, you agree that SHA’s total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid SHA for your membership.
8. Installation Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
Guaranteed Installation by December 31, 2025
Homeowners who sign a solar agreement on or before November 1, 2025 may qualify for a Guaranteed Installation by December 31, 2025, offered by the licensed contractor selected to perform the work. This guarantee is not provided by Solar Homes of America (SHA) and is the sole responsibility of the selected installation contractor.To qualify, the homeowner must:
• Be the legal owner of the installation property.
• Complete all required paperwork, approvals, financing, and payments without delay.
• Provide timely access to the site for inspections, surveys, and installation activities.Guarantee Limitations & Exclusions
The contractor’s installation guarantee will not apply if delays are due to:Required Electrical Upgrades: If the home requires electrical work beyond the standard solar scope (e.g., panel replacement, rewiring, or service upgrades), these delays are excluded from the guarantee.
• Permitting or Utility Delays: Any delays caused by local permitting offices, utility companies, or HOAs are outside the contractor’s control and not covered.
• Customer-Related Delays: Delays due to unresponsiveness, missed deadlines, restricted site access, or customer-initiated changes.
• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, government shutdowns, labor shortages, or other unforeseen events beyond the contractor’s control.Guarantee Fulfillment
If all qualifying conditions are met and the selected contractor fails to complete installation and system commissioning by December 31, 2025 due to reasons solely within their control, the contractor will provide the homeowner with compensation equivalent to the value of the lost 30% federal tax credit, subject to the contractor’s terms.SHA is not liable for any missed installations, tax credit losses, or compensation related to this guarantee.

• SHA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
